Structured Solutions AG cooperates with Shenzhen Securities Information Company Limited (SSIC), a subsidiary of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, on an exclusive basis in the European index business. In the cooperation Structured Solutions is responsible for marketing the indices calculated by SSIC to financial institutions. This includes the marketing of the existing indices calculated by SSIC as well as the development and marketing of new indices tailor-made for financial institutions.

About Shenzhen Securities Information Company Limited

Shenzhen Securities Information Company Limited was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It is the leading information provider in mainland China and has been entrusted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange to manage and market its index business. The department carries out necessary research, and develops and maintains indices issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange which include the SZSE Component Index, SZSE Composite Index, SME Board Index and SZSE 100 Index. They are also responsible for developing, compiling, monitoring and managing the CNINFO Series Index, and publishing index data through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange market information system in real-time.

Shenzhen Securities Information Co. calculates indices under two brands:

Whereas the SZSE Indices only contain shares listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the CNINFO Indices also include shares listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange.
