Steffen Scheuble is on the board of directors and is the founder of Structured Solutions AG. He gained many years of expertise whilst working in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for the derivatives department for German speaking countries. He was subsequently on the board of directors for the ZertifikateJournal Group and was responsible for institutional business before acquiring this entity in a management buyout. As an initiator for structuring various wrappers, he has a sound knowledge of the how to apply numerous investment vehicles to achieve the best results.

Sebastian Seifried is responsible for the indexing division at Structured Solutions AG. Whilst studying for his Master of Arts in Banking & Finance at the University of St. Gallen, he worked at the WestLB in quantitative research. After graduating, Sebastian Seifried played an important role in creating the "S-BOX" index platform at boerse-stuttgart AG.
